WHO
DVNT DRLNG is the project of Melbourne-based artist Arwyn Carr — built around bass, rhythm, experimentation and live performance.
The project moves between drum & bass, rap, beatboxing and live looping, with a focus on energy, improvisation and audience connection.
APPROACH
From hip hop roots to electrifying drum & bass drops, DVNT DRLNG is about exploring the full spectrum of sound and performance. The music is raw, unfiltered, and unapologetic — hitting all the highs and lows of the human experience.
Taking everything learnt from 10+ years of performing, producing and collaborating, the project is built around energy, improvisation and audience connection.
LIVE
Live performance is built around energy and interaction — with a focus on creating a relationship with the room and taking the audience to emotional highs and lows they didn't know they needed.
From small bush doofs and house parties to pop-up dancefloors and alternative spaces, the focus is on creating a relationship with the room and taking the audience somewhere.
CURRENTLY
